Pamplona (July 10th)
We didnt do much during this day except sleep, as taking part in the festivities the night before involved coming
back home at 8.30 am. Spanish people are overly friendly. We met Javier's friends (about 20 of them) and visited a
few more that were working in bars. Since the spanish motto is "my friend's friends are my friends" we never spent
a peseta but nevertheless had a drink in our hands at all times in these bars where they worked.
The whole city is one big fiesta - 24
hours a day. The bars are basically always open and there is this spanish techno music blasting out at all times.
The second night we managed to escape back home at around 5 am amidst complains from our new friends. Yep, the next
day we were to be back on the road and we needed some rest.
